I was very disappointed when I finally realized this product has maltodextrin, a highly processed food starch. Why isn't the ingredient list shown on Amazon? Otherwise it has been a good source of K2 in a vegcap, which I take for sensitive teeth. Switching now to another manufacturer that doesn't use maltodextrin.

It works for relaxation at night, but it makes me feel groggy the next morning.

I normally sleep well but when I can't, I take one of these. It gives me a feeling of peace and relaxation. I cannot take melatonin because it makes me feel hungover. With this low dose of GABA I wake up completely refreshed. My husband has a lot of trouble falling asleep so he tried this instead when he ran out of his sleep aid.
