Works great! Good quality easy to use, connected just fine. You do have to pay $20 a month for service but this is perfect for my need. Battery lasts over a month before it need recharging.

I bought this GPS tracker to keep an eye on my son, who tends to be a little reckless and always on the move, and I wanted something reliable that would give me peace of mind. This device has honestly been awesome. The setup was simple and it took about 30 minutes for the GPS to fully calibrate and lock in, but once it did and I activated the $24.99 monthly subscription everything worked exactly how I hoped it would. The tracking is extremely accurate and I can see the exact location in real time, plus it shows how long the device stayed at a certain spot which has been really helpful because it lets me see where he has been and how long he stayed there. The battery life is also impressive because I was worried I would constantly have to recharge it, but it holds a charge much longer than I expected and for something this small it is surprisingly dependable. The tracking updates are very fast and you can choose how frequently you want it to update depending on how closely you want to monitor movement. The size is also super convenient since it is small enough to place just about anywhere without being noticeable. The app also allows you to set up notifications and alerts, although I personally prefer just checking it manually whenever I want. Overall the signal is strong, the updates are reliable, and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. If you are looking for a GPS tracker that is accurate, dependable, and has great battery life I would definitely recommend this one because it gives me a lot of peace of mind knowing I can quickly check where my son is when I need to.

You can get any smartphone, with a prepaid provider for $25 a month and get internet voice, data, and text. The fact that they are just using a SIM card for GPS makes $20 per month steep Versus the competition: I have always used to Tracki and I think this is a similar price with the subscription and advice, with very similar accuracy, destiny different platform and interface. It also has better battery life The prior version of Optimus is the best price for what you get, but the battery life is less and tracki he has more options. I simply looking for accuracy and price, not battery life, you don't this new version. However, has a one-time purchase I don't see why you wouldn't catch the one with the best battery life since tracking often poses a challenge when it comes to keeping it charged

This is amazing tracker. It does everything it’s supposed to do however, when you discontinue the services for whatever reasons and then try to reactivate that system it doesn’t want to reactivate that I’ve tried it multiple times. Finally, I just had to buy a new tracker and reactivate it or activated brand new

This thing works great. I've tried othertrackers and either I can't get them to work or the subscriptions are very costly. This one is easy to set up, easy to install in my vehicle and is pretty accurate. Best part is the battery lasts a long time and you have several options for how often it reports which saves battery life if you have it report less frequently. This would be my recommendation for anyone looking for a low cost effective tracker. Just be sure if you use the magnet to attach to a vehicle that it is secure and will not get jostled loose and fall off. I lost one that way when we hit a bump really hard

Final update: dropping to 1 star. The gps has completely stopped responding with the updated location despite having 75% battery and shows it's 6 miles from the last known location. The company says they will send me a replacement but they need a photo of the old gps, how can I do that if I can't locate the trailer it's supposed to be tracking? I really hope it isn't stolen when I get there. This feels like a complete waste. I'm 5 states away from my trailer and have no way to see where it is, it tracked the entire trip there then disappeared. This is in Jacksonville North Carolina, I strongly suspect it just doesn't have a signal there which is crazy for such a populated area. It had no problem updating me the entire trip until it reached a few miles from the destination which is in a suburb with great phone signal. I will add that customer service is easy to reach but it doesn't help me much if neither of us can get a location on the GPS tracker, which was supposed to give me peace of mind in case something happened to my trailer before I could travel there myself. Update: It did track my trailer as it was shipped across the country pretty accurately however it's been at its final destination for hours yet the tracker says it's at Walmart. No amount of updating changes the location. My friend sent photos of it in her back yard but the app and website both show it several miles away saying it hasnt moved from the Walmart parking lot. I setup a geofence and it still hasn't notified me that it's outside that perimeter. So if anyone steals it from her house I won't even know because the gps refuses to update since the last stop the shipper made. Update: took away another star because most of the time I try to access the app I just get a blank white screen. Restarting the app does nothing. Frustrating when I have my trailer being shipped and the app won't even open to tell me where it is, I can't get access through the website either. If it gets stolen I won't know until it's too late, which was the whole point of buying this. Original review: Battery is decent, only lost 7% sitting for a week with checkups every few days. However the accuracy leaves something to be desired. It says its about 2 block away from where it actually is.

I bought 1 tracker first to try it out on my dump trailer. After couple of months with it I loved it, it sends alerts when it senses any movement or strong vibrations it tells you the time and the exact address where it's at. I ended up ordering another 2 for my work truck and my skid steer have them now for about 1 year and so far been good no problems and very reliable trackers. Cheap insurance 💪🏽. The only downside from these is it's $20 a month for each one I wish if you had multiple ones you get a discount.
