These definitely work in helping to control my RA related inflammation,this is one of those supplements you know was working once you run out for a few days and start feeling the inflammation creeping back up.I take 2-3gels 3x/day and go through a bottle pretty quick so I'll probably subscribe to avoid running out again.

I love tumeric and ginger. I even eat it in my food. But, for convenience sake and ate the amount you get, you can’t beat this blend. The price is great. The product is even better.
