I have three 12V Cranking batteries and one 12V deep cycle can these all be charged by one on board 4 bank charger?

Can this charger charge AGM batteries?

Yes. According to the manual it charges: Flooded, AGM, Gel, MLI, Flooded traction

Is there a setting for AGM batteries or does the unit automatically adjust?

There is an AGM setting. I’m using my charger on a set of AGMs and it’s been an excellent unit. I also put in the remote control head so I don’t have to stick my head back under the deck to check status. The remote head is also excellent. You can control and monitor with it. Overall very happy with this charger and it’s been keeping my AGMs in top shape.

is this charger waterproof?

I would not submerge it, or expose it to direct spray.I usually install a shield on top to protect it from dripping water from above.
