Sodium is low & you get the benefit of some fiber, protein, & those omega 3's which are important. Every little bit helps when it comes to trying to eat right. I'm not trying to give you nutritional advise, I just think having something that is good for you & tasty at the same time is a plus.Finally, it's also portable. My kids (ages 2-10) would eat this entire pack in a day if I let them. They love the taste and I love that it is healthy for them. I’ll also eat one for breakfast or snack if I manage to get one before they eat them all. This one is my favorite flavor!

I love these for keeping at work when I need a quick snack. Not everyone is going to be a fan of the texture but I’m good with it. And I think they taste good. Super convenient snack for an on-the-go teacher

I don’t like to eat this right out of the pouch because of the texture, but when I cook it with oatmeal, it is delicious. Cooking it on the stove with the oatmeal seems to remove the slimy texture, but you still get the crunch of the chia seeds.
