Good question ... my silk was not attached to the poi ball.

You put in one of the corners side into the satin hole like and tie it. I hope this helps.

I would like to buy replacement flags, where can I do it?

I just tie any flag I have on my poi balls. Try it and see if they work. Some of mine are to heavy to flow well. Others are great.

How do you adjust the length of the chord?

you mean the length of the poi ball? You can try to unfasten the knot on the string. And then adjust to the length of your needs.
