Worked perfectly on my Weber 325 conversion.

Very low cost that allowed me to convert my BBQ from NG to LPG, but be aware the orifices need to be redrilled which is the tricky part. You will need a micro drill bit approx .7mm +/- 10% , (these are thin bits and best use a hand drill or run them backwards to prevent breakage) this is trial and error, so that’s why you get 10 orifice pieces (though you only need 4 or 5) and you need to experiment . Takes patience and trial and error because Weber will not support any gas conversions or offer advice. Go to YouTube. Use tape or plumbers putty and be careful. Beats spending another $1500 on a new BBQ. It won’t be 100%, but you can get it close. You want a blue flame with smallest hint of yellow. You must adjust your gas bars which you can do while it’s running . This whole process took me a full day but it was worth it.

Weber E325 Genesius perfect fit 1/4-32. Bought these to convert my NG grill to LP. I needed nozzle hole to be 1.02 mm, these are 0.8 but drilled them out to correct size. Research AI says you need this size to feed a 3 burner grill with 40000 BTU. I couldn’t find a 1/4-32 @1.02mm had to make my own.

I was super happy to find these because webber does not sell a conversion kit and I needed to convert a natural gas bbq to propane. Easy to install and I did have to use my office drills to enlarge the holes slightly to get a good flame on the burners other than that very happy!!
