I decided to check the relays, and 5 of them don't pass the tester test. Is it possible for them to be working and almost ready to fail? The Van runs.

Make sure you are correctly placing the 4/5 pin switch prior to the test. If not placed correctly, the test will fail. Also, double check the schematic on the relay against the schematic pictured in the instructions manual. If pins 85 and 86 of the test relay are switched, Relay Buddy does not test this type of relay and will indicate fail. Check to see this is not the case. Otherwise, it should never fail a relay that can properly switch. Please call our service tech at 800-2271-1603 x110 for additional help.
