Phone is good but it doesn’t have NFC
Its entry level smart phone. Value for money product. I purchased it to give gift to parents and they are OK if NFC is not there

Phone does not work. Scam.
Bought this as a present however phone does not work- seems to be linked as a business phone and not for personal use. Did a factory reset and still saying to contact "your IT team". Clearly this is not a brand new phone as advertised. Return window has closed.

Es ist ein gutes Einsteigerhandy und leicht zu bedienen. Es gibt einen Punkt Abzug, da anstatt ein europäisches Netzteil, ein amerikanisches in der Verpackung war.

This is the first Samsung phone I've had in a while. My old phone didn't update half so regularly as this one does, which is a plus. The screen is large and the phone functions well. It's not too slow and is good quality. Does everything I want it to and would buy a Samsung phone again.
