Neither the box nor the pens show an actual size. But the picture shows the difference/similarities to a Papermate Fair medium point marker.

Do these bleed through Bible pages?

I've used rhem on a similar paper, called Tomoe River Paper that has a very similar quality to the paper used in many bibles and didn't have bleed through problems. I did notice these needed a bit more drying time than I was used to (not a deal breaker, just something I had to work with). I will say, these pens have a great size tip, nice feel, and great color selection. The only way to know for sure would be to pen test on the paper. There are too many paper types out there to give a definitive answer. I actually purchased a single pen to test on different papers before committing to the full set (just to make sure).
