These were among the more cost effective magnet wands I came across in my search. They are excellent quality and a very strong magnet. We have used them to move magnets inside of a plastic bin/rain gutter, and the magnet is strong enough to pull the magnets on the other side of the plastic, even a couple inches away from the plastic. I operate an in-home child care program consisting of 8 young children, and these are holding up well with regular use.

We have used these a ton of times. They are sturdy and strong magnets. I would recommend.

I purchased this because I misplaced one I had. I had used that one to teach my 7 year old grandson how to pull iron from sand. He got so excited that's all he did for about half an hour. When he came over a few months later he asked for the magnet but I couldn't find it. A couple of months ago when he came over (he's 9 now) I told him I bought a bunch of magnets. He started pulling more iron from the dirt and we fill 1/2 of a medicine bottle with it. I showed him how to make the iron "dance" and what happens when you try to put to like poles together. I learned something too. Sand usually has small pebbles. I found out that some of them are magnetic!

I bought these and my students use them with magnetic chips to sound out words. We place a chip under each sound and then use the magnetic wand to sound out each part. We also use them for math to practice counting. This is by far my students favorite small group item to use.

I bought these for my daycare. I feel that the handles are not super thick and could break very easily. I do not leave these out for children all day long due to being fearful they will be dropped and broken. The colors are bright and the magnets are strong.

I love the Magnetic Wands. I am a quilter and I am in a wheel chair. It is very difficult for me to pick up needles and pins that I drop on the floor. These work great. Because there were 6 in the set, I put them in various rooms. I highly recommend these. They are well made. Price is very reasonable. They work great.

I use these with my kindergarten students. I teach CVC words and we use them in a small group. My students love using them and it makes learning so much fun:)
