Is.this the 7 speed shifter for the right side ? The description does.not verify if it is for the left or the right, can you please verify.

Yes! The right side is to the rear cassette, the shifters vary from 6/7/8/9 etc. The left side goes to the front chain ring. Usually 1-3 shifter.

I cannot claim to be a very experienced biker, but I can say that these were easy to install and work well. The previous originals were broken and only partially worked.I do not have years of experience with other competitors, so I can only fairly rate them 5 star in that they were easy to install, work well and were at a very reasonable price and they are well made.
