This is a tough one. I use this product and the SS autofil product to filter out avocado oil mixture. i know this is not designed for thick liquid. i found the high flow filters even slower with the same mixture. compared to others i have tried it is still same if not a little faster than the competitors. starts out at 2 drops every few seconds by the end 1 drop every 20-30 seconds of continuous filtration. PRO: 1: visual design is good. bottom container does not slip out of hands. 2: easy to clean up. just toss when finished. CON: 1: slow at filtration. 1000ml on standard takes 36 hours to filter. on the SS model 76 hours. per 1000ml 2: first 200ml fast then slows real down after that. 3: about 1/2 of them the cap and container seems to be a little distorted. does not totally seal tightly. 4: i can only use a weak pump. any vacuum pump that pull more than 5 psi will crack the container after 200-300ml of filtration. i have had a few shatter at bottom.

Product advertised as 0.2 micron, and 0.22 micron delivered. The item code is for 0.22micron and the advertised description is in error. I was sent the wrong size filter, and then I was assured that the correct item would be re-delivered the next day. Both were the incorrect product. I spoke to Foxx Sciences customer service and they really didn't seam to care that the advertised description was in error. I was told that I would get a call back from them, and I have not. Very poor customer service.

Absolutely the WORST quality! Don't bother- even with a cheap hand pump these crack :/ Under minimal pressure! CRAP!

Garbage. They crack every time i try to vacuum a moderately thick fluid.

Former colleague suggested I buy Autofil. Happy I did because it's more stable and there's definitely less foaming. Cool company, they've got a lot of interesting stuff.
