Can it be used in all soil types?

Yes, our mole traps work in most soil types. Soft soil allows easy vertical placement without excessive force; hard/compacted soil requires more effort and may cause resetting if too soft during initial placement.

Does the Mole Trap require bait?

No. It is a mechanical spring-loaded trap that catches on contact, just place it in an active tunnel—no bait or attractants needed and check daily.

How deep do I need to place it?

Our mole traps are designed to be placed vertically directly into the mole tunnel — no deep digging required. Install vertically with jaws aligned to tunnel direction. No deep digging required, and setup is straightforward.
