I had so much fun watching Kodzila vs Kong! The action is exciting, the visuals are impressive, and the battle scenes are full of energy. The characters are entertaining, and the story keeps you engaged from beginning to end. It’s a great choice for monster movie fans who enjoy thrilling fights, adventure, and amazing special effects. A fun and entertaining movie experience that I would definitely recommend!

Thus, the MonsterVerse publishes original 'novelizations' in connection with each of its films. A novelization is greater than an original novel. Unlike the MonsterVerse Godzilla, Kong is a natural creature; his physiology does not assimilate nuclear radiation or fission. Kong is the last surviving semi-human intelligent member of his species, nearly annihilated by the Skullcrawlers in a battle on Skull Island; a Titanus Kong descendant of the prehistoric great ape, the Apus Giganticus superspecies that evolved in the Hollow Earth (assigned the cryptozoological classification Apus Giganticus by Monarch, re Napton, Robert (2023), Legends of the Monsterverse: The Omnibus. Kong was born millions of years after Godzilla's conflict with Kong's ancestors. Thus, Godzilla's superior anatomical physiology and nuclear abilities make his hostility towards Kong beyond iniquitous, especially considering Kong's youth and innocence in all matters and his always benevolent disposition to do good – even for the sake of Godzilla. I cannot tell you more, for it would spoil your enjoyment of this spectacular movie. Godzilla vs. Kong is a stellar production; the scenes and settings defy skepticism. The story is intriguing, and the creatures are mesmerizing. So too are the live actors and their splendid characterizations. Belief is suspended and imagination prevails. We overlook destruction and casualties and see only the thrilling spectacle of awesome heart-throbbing battle sequences as we champion our beloved monsters, not to be disturbed by our 'popcorn ready' chime. Hope you're entertained by my short review. I'm not one of these poor souls who feels they have to wrote the entire plot of a movie in an Amazon review. I love these new Godzilla films & they are fun. But THIS one has way too much CGI going on. I used to work in movie production behind the scenes & on sets. I'm a movie enthusiast. My heart & compassion hate to see what they put poor Kong through! Drugging him up(imagine the migrane after) rolling him from his home and then he fallo for miles into the Center of the planet and survives! Oh right, this isn't real. It's a movie. And then you have the talented black actor who plays Bernie. He's a good. But good speaking voices & DICTION don't seem to matter to producer & directors these days! If I'm an actor in a major worldwide movie you can bet I'm going to speak well so you can understand my lines!!! Think about how Harry Potter's Hermoine Grainger spoke so quickly you couldn't understand her!!! Wasn't there a dialogue coach around to tug at the director's sleeve and say "They're speaking too fast!" And then this CGI overload! Holy pixels Batman!!! This movie would have been much better had it been grounded in more reality like JJ Abrams filmed The Force Awakens:2015. Some of the audience out here likes to see them not overkill the cgi stuff. It makes the plot seem more ridiculous & implausible folks! That's all...

After seeing this in theaters in the 3rd Dimension, I had to get this movie. While not having a major interest in Godzilla per se, I did enjoy Godzilla '14 and Kong: Skull Island immensely (Haven't seen King of the Monsters, yet) and had to see it again. The movie was an entertaining romp, that dumped the much wanted and needed grounded "realism" for a fun action flick. The humans do their thing in the background, and we get several fun scenes of two animals duking it out on Earth. Stupid, dumb and finally, brightly-lit, entertainment. The 3D was pretty good in theaters, but could've been better with more pop-outs but the depth and dimensions were as natural as you could get with a conversion. The experience is replicated here, for better or worse. The 5.1 lossless surround sound track was great, but missing the extra height and 'oomph' that Dolby Atmos supplies on the standard BluRay (Included here) and the 4k variants. Could've used the 3D soundfield to excellent use while watching in 3D. The extras are plentiful, with a nice commentary with the director, several featurettes on the making of the film, deleted scenes and more on the 2D BluRay, but a comprehensive making-of documentary covering the film and the MonsterVerse would've been warranted. Sigh. Speaking of the standard disc, the film shines in 1080p thats plenty sharp and colorful and is carried over to the 3D disc as well and is fantastic for Full HD users out there. The 4k version does have superior definition and the benefit of HDR, but the BluRay isn't a slouch by any means. A digital copy is also included with many of the extras included, in case your on the go, or just want to veg out and not fool with the disc. All in all, a fantastic presentation for a fun film, with good 3D, fantastic specs and a generous serving of extras, this is a must-have for action junkies and even Godzilla fans, but 3D fans can get better 3D elsewhere.

“特別試写会”気分で鑑賞とキメこもう！ ・・・かとも思っていたのですが やっぱり、映画館で観てからにしようと もうしばらくオアズケにします。 また、追記します。 去る7月19日㊊に駅前にある映画館で観てきました。 尻切れトンボみたいな終わり方をした 『キングコング 髑髏島の巨神』の後日談でした。 レジェンダリー社製“GODZILLA”過去作を見てるヒトは 斬新さや意外性を期待しない方がイイ。 クライマックスの両雄対決はオヤクソクのCGで それなりの躍動感はあれど コンピューターゲームのプロモーション映像 あるいは他人がプレイするゲームの画面を見ているような メリハリのなさが気になった。 映画館ではイキオイでラストまで突っ走った感もあったが 自宅の小さな画面で再見してみると 映像の作り込みとかにかなり粗さを感じてしまった。

お祭り映画ですしAmazonは商品市場なんで作品の感想はありません。 東京の某ショップやヤフオク等ではほぼ6000円以上の4K盤ですがAmazonでは5000円もせず送料もかからないので購入しました。しばらくサイトも見てなかったんですが、少し前と違い今は新譜を中心にAmazonの販売・発送で購入できる輸入盤も多いんですね。もちろんマーケットプレイスの方が安い場合も多いです。 商品はブルーレイと4K UHDの2枚組ですが4Kしか観ておりません。パナソニックの国内プレーヤーで問題なく再生できました。画質はもう直近の作品ですから先鋭感にあふれた画質でまさに4K・HDRという感じです。自分のテレビはシャープの中級4Kなので有機ELをお持ちの方はすさまじい画質になると思います。 音声は英語DOLBY ATMOSでの鑑賞ですが、どのスピーカーからも派手に音が聴こえてきました。ただ案外、オブジェクトオーディオとしての位置情報は分離されてない印象でした。ですがこれは自分のところのAVアンプの性能やセッティングのまずさが原因かもしれません。細かい話はともかく画も音も派手な事は間違いないソフトではありました。 最後に蛇足ながら他のレビューの方にもあるように日本語の字幕はありません。なんで日本語だけ無いんだと感じるような英語他の字幕がいくつかあります。

I'm a big fan of 3D movies, Documentaries and anything 3D. I'm very disappointed that they are few and far between. It seems the only place still producing them is Japan and they are very expensive. There has been a lot of 3D movies I would have purchased if they were made available here in Australia. So being able to purchase Godzilla Vs Kong in 3D brought a big smile to my face.
