This did a number on my digestive system. As long as I take this once a day in the morning I am good for the whole day and feel great. I ran out at one point and noticed immediately when I stopped taking this. I began having pains in my stomach, felt sluggish and became really tired, in other words my food stopped being digested properly. When I bought another bottle and began taking them again I felt really great every day. These really made a big difference in my body. Great product.

I did a lot of research on digestive enzymes particularly for dairy and gluten. There is some research that suggests that digestive enzymes made from Aspergillus may be more effective for dairy and gluten than others. Also contains a small amount of Probiotics. This was one product that contains both. So far seems to work well for me.

This is the first time I have used a product such as this so I have nothing to compare it to. It is simple to use, and I had no negative side effects, except maybe gas for the first two days (but that may have been my diet) Si I guess I could recommend it.

I have found Digestive Enzymes with Probiotics - multi-enzyme nutritional supplement to be a helpful addition to my daily diet. It does help with digestive issues including gas, bloating and other discomforts. I am able to eat a more varied diet now. I still need help with dairy products. I also need help with products with yeast, such as commercial sliced bread (these I avoid). I recommend this product.
