Compeed Mixed Size Blister Plasters, Pack of 6

I use these during Spartan events and they make a massive difference. They stay on through water, mud, sweat and miles of running. The cushioning takes the pressure off and really helps with both prevention and pain relief if a blister does form mid-race. The mixed sizes are ideal because you never know where a hotspot might pop up. I usually apply them as soon as I feel any rubbing and they hold firm for the rest of the event. If you do any kind of endurance racing or obstacle course events, these are an absolute must. I never race without them now.

After you got blister these dont help. To prevent yes. I end up in more pain and infection. Total heeling time last 3 weeks in winter
