Ordered in Jan 2023 - Absolutely loved it. Then I loved it for several months more. Then I made a careless mistake which caused me great sadness. There was a card in the box that said; "If you're not happy, we're not happy" contact us. So I did... They sent me a brand new replacement! I am still using the original knife, my careless mistake did not effect the functionality of this incredible blade. I love, love, love this terrific knife, this amazing company, their dedication to the quality of their blades. Their above and beyond customer service has earned them a loyal, repeat customer. You should become one too.

With Dalstrong knives you are paying for quality... but also the brand. It's definitely sharp, well balanced, and forms to the hand well. It's long so you can easily cut up the ham or w/e meats you're trying to cut. I gave it 4 stars because it is kind of overpriced as you can buy similar knives at a much lower price - but that does come at a gamble.

Haven't used yet but beautiful knife and sheath in nice box. Very sharp and quality looks right up there with other quality knives like Tojiro Senkou.

Great sharp knife. It is somewhat thicker than many carving knives, but the blade is sharp enough to not create drag when slicing. I will buy this brand again. Quality knife

Beautiful packaging. The knife seems well made and is extremely sharp. The only let down is that the sheath split at the tip after a few insertions of the knife

I ordered this knife and Amazon sent me the wrong one. I emailed the company and they’re sending me the right one and letting me keep the wrong one too. Customer service is fantastic. The knife I got sent was a black handled round tip slicer. The presentation is fantastic. Quality is great. It’s sharp. It’s pretty. What more do you need. Well balanced. Will be buying more of the Dalstrong products.
