Why does the pamphlet inside the box say not to wear for more than 8 hours in a 24 period? Your description says 12 hours.

When they first came out it did say to only wear for 8 hours. But when the new packaging came out it said 12. I have always worn12 hours+ because I work a 12 hour shift. I have never had a problem with it. I’m just hoping they don’t quit making them because it has changed my life and I have ordered boxes ahead and have them stored in the closet.

Will theses strengthen bladder?

Hi. These are not intended to strengthen your bladder. Impressa has a soft-flex core made from flexible, medical-grade silicone surrounded with a soft, non-absorbent covering for easy, comfortable insertion and removal. You insert it into the vagina like a tampon to gently lift and give support to the urethra (which runs next to the vagina.) This added support helps prevent urine from leaking. Why do these suckers hurt?

Use Vaseline on the applicator to insert , that helps a lot. If during application, it hurts, simply stand straighter or move your hand on the applicator so as to adjust direction a little bit. These work amazing so if you are serious you’ll want to try everything to make these work for you.
