My grandchildren loved these! They are perfect entertainment for long car rides. I would not suggest for a child younger than 6 or 7 because they can become irreparably tangled in the wrong hands. For reference, my grands playing with these are7, 9 and 10 years old. When they became mildly tangled they were able to untangle them on their own. They look like they are different sizes, but that frame just shows the different shapes they can become. All four are the same. May be considered a bit pricey by some, but I think they are worth it.

Love this thing. Great size, probably perfect for kids, love that it comes in 4 subtle colorways. I gave one to the ~4 year old next door neighbor to coax him to stop climbing the fence into our yard. Little guy thought it was magic and promised never to climb the fence if I gave him one. I, a 36 year old woman, have played with this thing every day since I got it too. Decent value for money. I got these to have them on hand for random gifting purposes - I think it would be fun for a variety of audiences.

I was looking for something to fill out our stockings from Santa and this was a 4 pack so I grabbed it last minute. I expected a cheap fidget toy that would last a couple days, but these are extremely good quality. The ribbon looks like it’s thin but it’s very strong. Tangles don’t happen often and are easily fixed (read the back of the package!). And for my neurodivergent family, they are a great fidget toy. They have enough sparkle to keep your interest, they feel good in your hands, they’re fun and pretty and give you something to do with your hands if you struggle sitting still- I constantly play with mine when watching TV and it holds enough interest without distracting me from the show or movie I’m watching. I love it!! Updating almost a year later: none of them have broken or warped and we still use them almost daily! Update in 2025: it’s STILL in great shape and entertains me endlessly during boring meetings. Sometimes even keeps me from doomscrolling in the evenings!

My grandkids loved these for Easter! Mesmerizing!! They are very fragile though, so not for kids under 6.

After seeing them on social media, I gave these out at my tween kid's small birthday gathering - mostly adults. The rest of the time, everyone was playing with them, showing each other various configurations, figuring out how to untangle after twirling too vigorously (not difficult to fix), and generally mesmerizing ourselves with the iridescent motions. They twirl up into a ball for storage. I'd say they're not for smaller kids to use even though little ones would still enjoy watching them in action. I don't think these should be as expensive as they are but they are decent quality and this seller is reliable (other cheaper listings had poor reviews or long shipping times). I think the ratio of cost to sensory joy is pretty good & I recommended this product to my mom as a stocking stuffer for her grandkids.

I found this type of spinner at a random store and fell in love. My friends love it too, so I tried to take to Amazon to find them for my friends, too. Didn’t love that I had to buy as a 4-pack, but I did it anyways. $16. So $4 a piece. I then saw them pop up at 5 Below for $1 each. That was annoying. But honestly, neither these ones or the $1 ones from 5 Below are as good as the first one I bought. These are stiff and get tangled easily. They aren’t as satisfying/smooth the spin as that first one and don’t fold up to put away as seamlessly. It’s just kind of something you have to feel for yourself while spinning. Also… keep in mind… SAVE THE HOLDER it comes in. It’s not a holder exactly, it’s like the plastic tray holding it to the packaging. You’ll want a way to store it for later and this is all they provide. I’m crafty so I created my own storage case(s) but it’s not something you think of until you need it. Are they fun? Absolutely. Are they worth it for the price? These ones? Not in my opinion, no.

I needed a couple extra things to put into stockings these year, and these were a big hit! Look like bubbles, and didn't break easily. Kept a two and ten year old busy for nearly an hour.
