Does this help with anxiety? Honestly I don’t know. I really like the scent though and you can actually smell it. I use on a diffuser and a couple of drops sometimes in the washing machine. I’d re-order 👍

Didn't like anything, about this product. Quite pricey, and hardly, or no smell, at all. Put more in, than required, still couldn't get any scent. Won't be buying, product again!!!
