How cook instant Cream of Wheat packets without a microwave?

I make it by adding boiling water or warmed milk. It cooks up just fine after mixing after about 2 minutes..

Is it a good source of fiber?

Nope. Eat oatmeal for fiber. And regular cream of wheat has fewer calories . Good source of iron.

Is this price for a single box of 12 packets or multiple boxes?

This is for a single box of 12 packets. This price is ridiculously greedy. This box is $3.50 at my local grocery store. This seller certainly is not a “Major Saver” as implied by the seller name.
