Quick, easy installation. Part fits well.
This part is very easy to install. The old one comes off easily, then just press the new one on. I was very pleased that I did not need to send my pump to the manufacturer for repair.

Wear and tear item that needs to be replaced about once a year.
These are always a normal wear item that need to be replaced from time to time. Easy to remove the old one and add the new one. I usually get just over a year out of each one. I try to keep 2 spares since they're not very expensive. In addition, if Amazon's out of stock, Tandem's technical support will usually send you one but you'll be on hold a while.

I was originally worried about it staying attached but so far it is working well. I do have a rubber case on my pump so that may be helping.

One of the first pieces to go out on my Tandem. Thank God Amazon carries them! I don’t know about you fellow diabetics but this is a life saver. It’s easy to plug, protects and keeps dust /dirt/debris out and it fits perfectly!

Fits my T slim pump and is more durable than the closure that comes with the pump. Do yourself a favour and order this one.
