Worked as was described. Really like the versatility of this device, so far no issues.

Good service support
Tried to install it with an old GE Simon XT system. Talked with their customer tech service. Great support from them. However we failed to make it work successfully in my system. Great concept for updating a system. Gave them 5 stars for their tech support. Also, the product was simple to install and configure. However the GE Simon panel appears to be too old technology for this device.

Simple, effective, it 'just works'
I purchased this to translate the DSC wireless sensors to my new 2Gig system. I am highly impressed with this and the other Resolution products I've purchased. This translator does what the description says; the directions are written in plain English by someone who has actually used the product; the quality appears to be top notch. The DSC sensors report status as quickly now as they did before the translator was "proxying" to the new panel. Bottom line is I highly recommend this product for anyone needing a wireless sensor translator.

Works exactly as described.
This translator/repeater worked exactly as I wanted. I had a sensor on the part of the house farthest away from the control panel. This sensor at times did not communicate with the panel. It did not cause an alarm but did not work as expected. The translator/repeater fills the gap in coverage and now the entire house has communication with the panel.

Works with IQ2 (Smart Home) system
This is the same repeater you get directly from Smart Home customer service, except it is $9 cheaper on Amazon. The sensor and base unit settings inside the unit are already set for the IQ2 from Smart Home (12 o'clock position). I'm using this in our business that has sensors at the front of the store that are just at 100' from the base unit. This will help with 'malfunction' notifications from the base unit.

Fixed my out of range issues
The garage side door had a lot of interference and some times would not get the close signal. Using this as a repeater it fix the issue, all doors are closed now when I leave and alarm can arm successfully with the remote.

Does a good job of enhancing the RF signal needed for my new alarm system. I am using 2 of these
