Fits my M17 R4 perfectly, but seems to be a bit too thick, hinders keyboard - have to mash the keys hard otherwise I get missed keys. UPDATE: Revised to 5 stars, the issue was with my keyboard, not this keyboard cover. So, the thickness is actually very nice, and very durable!

This is the second time I have bought them for my Alienware m17R4, and I preferred this time that there were two, because the truth is that the first one took care of my keyboard for almost two years from exhaustive use.

It fits my keyboard perfectly. I have black keys and you can see all the backlit colors. However, the cover is more "plastic" and has a harder/firmer feeling and not very rubbery/soft if you're used to something like that. But, it works well enough though I've since replaced it with one that feels better to me.

I would not recommend at all. I used it on my laptop which is a perfect fit but you can notice lines from the cover on the screen when you lift it up after a few days.
