Highly reccomend this product for vaginal births and I used up in 5 days which was enough time for the stinging to ease from the graze. Assume not worth it for c section delivery or to be used if you have dissolvable stitches.I just sprayed onto disposable pants or mads every time I went to toilet after using a peri bottle.

Really good product wish I had this for my previous pregnancies helps with soreness, cools area nicely, easy to use.

This foam provided quick cooling relief during postpartum recovery and was especially helpful for soreness and stitches discomfort. It’s gentle, easy to apply, absorbs well, and isn’t sticky. I also appreciated that it’s fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin.The only downside is the bottle size — it runs out quite quickly with regular use. Overall, a very effective product and a great addition to any postpartum care kit.

I used this foam along with patches to help heal my episiotomy incision. I can say that the results were very effective; everything healed quite quickly, and there was no infection or inflammation.

Definitely cooling and relieving in those early post partum days. I did have to stop using as my skin became a little irritated although not sure if it was due being sensitive to an ingredient or due to another product

Me ha gustado muchísimo esta espuma.Después del parto estaba buscando algo que me ayudara a aliviar las molestias de la zona y la verdad es que me ha resultado muy cómoda y agradable de utilizar.Tiene un efecto refrescante y calmante que se agradece muchísimo, especialmente durante los primeros días. La aplicación es muy sencilla y la espuma se absorbe bastante bien, sin resultar excesivamente pegajosa ni incómoda.Además, el formato me parece muy práctico y cunde bastante, ya que con poca cantidad es suficiente. Para mí ha sido uno de esos productos que agradeces tener preparado para el posparto.Sin duda, lo recomiendo a cualquier futura mamá que esté preparando su bolsa para el hospital. ¡Para mí ha sido todo un descubrimiento! ❤️

Wouldn’t suggest you waste money on this as I found it didn’t do much after I had my baby and had a perineal tear and needed soothing your better of getting the soothing relief you can pop in freezer and use that instead as to so was a waste of money in my opinion had I known this prior I wouldn’t of purchased sadly they reviews online were few and far and didnt advise this so hope this review helps another.
