I’ve struggled with plantar fasciitis for quite some time, and being on my feet all day was becoming exhausting. My Adidas sneakers had almost no real support, so I decided to try these heel cups — and I’m honestly glad I did. The cushioning and alignment support made a noticeable improvement in my heel pain. Like any proper support (even from the Good Feet Store), your feet and muscles may need a short adjustment period because everything from your feet to your legs and back is connected. A little early discomfort is completely normal as your alignment improves — but the long-term relief makes it absolutely worth it. After wearing them regularly, the pain eased, my shoes felt more stable, and walking became much more comfortable. I ended up buying three more sets so I have them in all my go-to shoes — my everyday sneakers, my work boots, and my Louis Vuitton boots. The best part? This is a small investment — under $10 when I purchased them. If your feet are in pain, what do you have to lose? Helpful tips: • Pick the correct size. • Put the sticky side down and just leave them in your shoes. • Buy extras — you’ll want them in every pair. • Everyone’s feet are different, but these worked extremely well for me. This is great for my son’s foot health due to an injury. It is soft and provides good support for his heel. They are easy to transfer to other shoes and really helps his leg from hurting when he puts weight on it. Also, the value is great!

The heel cups are sticky, they stick to your shoe and don’t move around which is nice. It’s helped some with my heel pain. However, the cup is tacky, slightly sticky. Overall I would buy them again but I wish the top side wasn’t sticky like the bottom.

I am a teacher and I am on my feet often! I needed something helpful with extra support. These are great and I have found that I can also switch them into other shoes if needed. They provide nice support!

They work decently. They stick in your shoes, but the shape is far from ergonomic. It felt like the sides were trying to curl up under the edges of my feet because they don't exactly follow the shape of the shoe and I found it quite irritating as I felt it in each step. If you have sensory issues or wide feet I would size up to the larger version...Although take heed as these regular sized cups fit strangely widely in the heel already and I fear the wide version shall crawl up the sides of normal shoes.

Long lasting Comfortable Worth the Cost

These made a difference when walking, however, with my Plantar Fasciitis, the heel pain was still coming back (i.e., wasn't getting completely better). What finally worked was Orthopedic Shoes. So, give these a try and if your situation gets better, great, if not, try some orthopedic shoes.

The original page on Amazon says clearly "6 Pack", and I thought I was paying for exactly that at $32.00 still very dear, but the reviews said it was really good. I received only one pair. Exorbitant at that price.
