Does this cap make a whistle sound while tank is being filled ?

No, this is just a cap with a screen to prevent water and debris from getting in the pipe. The whistle sound is generated by a "vent wistle or vent alarm" threaded into the tank at the other end of the vent pipe.

hello my oil cap have the numbers 214 35 SA. will this cap fit, if not which cap do I need?
