Seasoning and Spice Set –– Blackened Caribbean, Key Lime, & Original Citrus Blend by Mojo Mama –– Three 7 Oz Jars

I sprinkle this on my food almost everyday! Love it. I can just steam or boil meats and vegetables and sprinkle this on along with some salt. Really great tasting. Not too salty as other spices that are out there. I have been searching for a Key Lime seasoning blend for ages. I simply am not a fan of the flavor of nearly every commercial seasoning out there. I am so glad to have run across this blend. With Getting 3 different flavors my cooking has improved over night. Which my family and friends really enjoy. Once you put this stuff on chicken you will never eat chicken the same every again.

One of the containers was broken open and all the spices came out of the container. I wasn't able to return the product and I am not comfortable with using the spice that was laying lose in the bag. It was money wasted.

The lime seasoning must have gotten damp and is one big cake. No way to use it without destroying the container and somehow drying it out. Other than that, the other two taste phenomenal!

Best blackened season I have found by far! When we ran out of this of course I couldn't find it anymore. So I was absolutely excited when I found it on amazon with two others to try. All three of these are amazing and I will continue to buy! A must try!!

This arrived with the spices spilled all over the box so I was unable to use it.

One of the things I really love when we travel to the islands is way they prepare the food. They eat more chicken and fish than just about any other kind of meat, and the way it is seasoned is just beyond delicious. In fact, I often bring spices home with me from those travels just so I can create that style of cooking at home. These 3 seasonings from Mojo Mama are spot on for recreating some of those flavorful meals. To bring out that taste of the islands as authentically as possible, combine these spices with your grilled foods - especially chicken and fish. The Blackened Caribbean is amazing on a white fish or even salmon. The Key Lime Citrus is amazing on both fish and chicken while the Original Citrus makes an excellent grilled chicken wrap or sandwich. It's also delicious on grilled vegetables! Add fresh fruit on the side and a rum punch and your tastebuds will swear you're in the islands again. At 7oz. of spice in each jar, these spices will last you a very long time! Considering what I pay for my spices abroad to bring home, I have to say that they are sold at an excellent price as well.
