Dude, this is not knife blade quality steel. If that's what you're looking for, search for "blade blanks" and then keep an eye out for decent materials like: Damascus steel, D2 Steel, 8Cr13mov is another good steel. Not as good as Sandvik 12C27 steel, but good enough... 440c and 420hc are both very good materials as well! I wish you luck!
