Great for post partum perenial care and bath soaks. Relaxing and pleasant smell
My husband did research to find one for me after giving birth and this was really helpful. I was a little scared to use this after a 2nd degree tear but I wish I ordered it sooner. I’m also frustrated/angry my hospital didn’t send me home with a sitz bath or any knowledge of it despite having a tear and despite having a sitz bath at the hospital!!(I didn’t realize what it was till I got home but remembered seeing a sitz bath in my drawer) not sure what the hospital would have offered for the “soak” but I would order this again if needed. It was tricky finding the right temperature for perenium soaks after birth. I recommend starting at a warm temp and adjusting the temperature hotter or colder next soak. You can also use the left over for taking a regular bath afterwards which I highly recommend for new mamas or anyone to do to give themselves some personal love, relaxation, and self care! The smell is very pleasant in my opinion.

Amazing healing Soak
Amazing. It’s definitely more expensive than Epson salt but the scent and essential oils take pain relief and overall relaxation to a whole other category. It’s amazing. Treat yourself. I have three year old twins and I only wish I’d discovered this earlier.

Soaking never smelled so good!
This product was BETTER than expected! It smells great and the essential oils are very relaxing. Best soak I have used and its great for soaking your soar feet or to give yourself a pedicure.

Great product
Great product for sitz baths, both for physical as well as aromatherapy. Naturally, every bath is different in size as well as your necessity for a soak so I’d recommend you play around with how much you use to your personal likings/needs. I took off one star, wish there were half stars, for the bags. Even though they are thick and heavy duty, the ziplock portion are awful and do not seal. I’m on my third bag, both 2 and 8 lbs and it’s been consistent.

Very relaxing!
This Sitz Bath soak is great! It is basically glorified epsom salt but the aroma??? Wow! So calming and relaxing. I tried it in a smaller bag at first and liked it so much I got this large bag. A pleasant warm bath soak...

Love this
This helped me postpartum and a I also soak when I am not feeling well. I have used regular Epsom Salt and there is nothing like this one. Smells wonderful
