More like butter than cream.
I dont know what Kaymak tastes like but this stuff looked and tasted like butter. It was even yellow and not the creamy white stuff I have seen on videos from Istanbul.

Kajmak
Do not order this so called Kaymak. It is nothing to do with the Turkish Kaymak, and through long shipment time, it will be spoiled by the time you get it. Good try but not successful.

Not original kaymak, OK tasting mixture of sour cream and cream chese
If you are looking to buy good tasting kaymak - freely skip this product; it has nothing to do with original kaymak. As most similar products here in the US it is some weird mixture of sour cream and cream cheese. It is, however, eatable - taste and packaging are OK (shipping is $10, product arrives in around 15 days).

Not even slightly cold.
It arrived completely warm whatever chill packs were there had melted and it wasn’t like it was left on the porch all day in the sun in 120degrees. Husband still ate it and said it was fine. I thought it smelled and wouldn’t touch it.
