Worst Product + Worst Customer Service on Earth. Never Buy from Lifelong. I am writing this review on 17th November, after 17 days of absolute frustration, disrespect, and zero accountability from Lifelong. I bought this gas stove for my househelp, who has two young kids, thinking I was buying something safe and reliable. I raised a warranty service request on 1st November because the burner knobs stopped working properly and became unsafe. Since then, I have sent 15–20+ emails, made 7–8 customer care calls, and repeatedly begged for a technician visit. NO ONE has come. Not even once. The so-called “technicians” call once, make false promises about visiting, and then never show up. They literally do not care. Lifelong’s customer service is honestly the most pathetic I have ever seen. Every time I call, they repeat the same copy-paste line: “We have escalated, someone will reach out to you.” Let me tell you: NO ONE ever reaches out. NO ONE calls. NOTHING happens. This is not just a bad product — it is a nightmare experience. If you are planning to buy this, let me stop you right here: Never, ever, EVER buy this product. You are living in your wildest dreams if you think you’ll get support when something goes wrong. This brand has shown zero responsibility even for a gas stove, which is a safety risk for the family using it. The fact that they have ignored this for 17 days is shocking. Ticket ID: 1148358 — in case Lifelong wants to “actually” fix their broken internal system. Complete waste of money. Complete waste of time. I will never buy anything from this brand again, and I strongly suggest that others also stay far away.

The product quality is good — it looks nice and feels durable. However, I will not recommend this brand to anyone because they have extremely poor after-sales service. Their customer support team is unresponsive and unprofessional. The service technicians are incapable of resolving the issue properly and end up repeating the same repair 2–3 times. This feels like a tactic to keep charging the customer instead of fixing the problem permanently. Buy only if you are prepared to handle service issues on your own.

I am giving this review after using the product for 19 days. The gas stove quality is good, and all four burners work well. It has a compact design that takes up less space, leaving more room on the kitchen counter. I initially had an issue with a tight knob, but I raised a complaint via their WhatsApp number; a technician visited the next day and fixed it. I'm giving it 5 stars for the overall experience and will write another review after long-term use."
