Pedrini Kaffettiera 9081 Espresso Maker 3 Cups red

As a long-time coffee geek who has experimented with literally EVERY method (and device) for brewing the perfect cup, I usually rely on a moka pot when I want a fresh single cup. I own several Bialetti pots, but needed a 3-cup (approx. 6 oz) pot to match a favorite 10 oz. ceramic mug for cappuccino and Ameriano consumption. Since this Pedrini is slightly more than HALF the cost of a Bialetti, I figured I couldn't go wrong. I found, in fact, the Pedrini gasket far superior to any others i've used; no leaks! Questions? There are several helpful tutorials available at youtube. I always use fresh (home roasted) coffee and a quality disc grinder... but find a moka pot superior to even the most expensive home espresso brewers.

A very good moka pot and brews great coffee. I tried some other brands and found this one gives the most consistent outflow of coffee to the upper chamber. The streak comes out of the opening is smooth and stable. I found "spit" or "sprout", or leak of steam on other brand names, including one of a quite popular brand. Pedrini gives the most smooth flow . Recommend.

I'm not sure its much different from all the others, but it works fine.

I love this little work horse, but my only criticism is that it seems to have less capacity than my previous three-cup (by another brand) moka pot had...in retrospect, I wish I'd opted for the 4-cup from this brand. But it's easy enough to make another delicious pot... so no real complaints. Stylish and makes great coffee...

Compact and the perfect size for my morning espresso. Liked it enough to buy one as a gift for my niece. She's hooked too!

Cafetière idéale pour le café corsé… attention.. on parle de café à l’ancienne…on est pas au stade du café passé via les machines professionnelles qui vous donne le café italien servi dans une toute petite tasse avec un fond de café et la cuillère qui tient toute seule dans la Cafè tellement il est corsé!😁…l’arôme du café est bien présent, très chaud et est très savoureux! Perso! La cafetière 3tasses me convient pour moi tout seul……. Si vous voulez le servir pour plusieurs personnes va falloir opter pour le grand modèle !😁. Bonne dégustation!

Very happy with the performance. Using it daily for almost 2 months. Easy to use and wash. Be careful as coffee may splatter out if lid is open
