I have struggled so much to find a multivitamin that is not full of bad stuff. These are amazing, and I feel more of the effects! I really like this multivitamin. I was looking for a multivitamin that was gluten free (I have celiac disease), dairy free, and does not have large amounts of vitamins. Some products have vitamins with 500% of the daily value needed. That is unnecessary, and I honestly do not feel well when I take vitamins with such high quantities. I also really liked that this multivitamin contains magnesium, and it is also in the form of magnesium glycinate. While it is not a high quantity, I have tried to take magnesium glycinate on its own and it caused me some nausea. However, I feel great taking this multivitamin and do not notice any nausea or stomach upset. I have always had fairly breakable nails, but after the first 30-60 days of taking this multivitamin I could tell they were stronger. I also had blood work done a few months into taking it and my vitamin levels were good and normal (vitamin D, B12, folate).

This suppliment is awesome, it works well for me. My item came on time and in good condition. I would recommend adding this suppliment to your daily routine.
