Does it include tabs for sirach, wisdom, tobit, 1 maccabees, judith, daniel, and esther?

Yes. Sirach, Judith, Maccabees, Tobit. God bless

How do you apply these???? They are so stiff and trying to line them up correctly on flimsy Bible pages is impossible

I used a piece of paper in between the pages as I attached them and just lined up the curve right to the edge of the paper , also slightly folded in half before putting them on. Worked pretty good

Does it come with a guide to help align the tabs?

It did come with a guide, but I used one I had used on my Bible for my floral tabs.

The tabs didn't come with a tab spacing sheet

It was attached to the instruction sheet.
