Only issue is, it’s size. Because some sticks aren’t straight, the ash falls outside the dish. Not really a fault of the dish, just FYI, the dish is wonderful.

I really like these hooks concept of the bowl at the bottom and the incense ashes falling downward. It makes it easier to clean up. Highly recommend.

Wanted to like this product but there’s one glaring flaw: The hole in the center isn’t straight. Incense stands at such a harsh angle, about half the ashes fall outside the bowl. I usually break off some of the the stick to make it shorter but it’s still pretty bad. I suppose this could still be good for cone incense if you don’t mind burn marks. Otherwise, don’t waste your time or money. If you like this style, maybe try to find one that’s about twice as wide

Beautiful incense holder and nice and weighty… Holds the stick straight and collects all the ashes IF you remove some of the excess “stick”. Very pleased with my purchase.

It's too narrow to catch all of the ash onost incense. But it's made of a nice heavy soapstone.

I bought this three months ago. And now, it is useless. It is made of porous material. So, the hole for the incense becomes wider and the bottom of the holder wears down. This causes a complete failure of this incense folder as it no longer holds incense.

This is an amazing product and looks sooo good! Its heavy and sturdy, won't break on you and the craftsmanship is truly a work if art. Thank you whoever made this one. 5 out of 5 stars!

This is lovely, it's a perfect size to catch all the ash from sticks, the raised bit in the middle is perfect to hold cones so you can burn both without any problems. The incense stick hole can hold up to three sticks at a time and the ditch is good and deep so it holds plenty of ash before you have to empty it, which makes it easy to carry about to empty and clean, nothing tips out. The walls and base are nice and thick so heat doesn't carry down onto your unit.
