To determine comfort we should gauge the top band and how heavy and thick it is. How does that feel and does your head get hot?

The top band is not heavy to me. I used the headset to monitor two 10 hour days of webinars. The ear pieces, however, are too small for my ears, and they did become uncomfortable after many hours.

How is the noise cancelling? I need for webinars, but share my office with one other person (5ft away).

Very Good actually. I work in a noisy office and I have had no complaints about people not hearing me. I like the generous earphones that cut out background noise for me and are very comfortable.
