White LED Fold Down Boat Stern Light Boat Anchor Light for Pontoon (12 Inch)

Great light for the money, performs well. Its solid mount, nice and bright.. I installed this on a 14' john boat and it fits nicely, not to large and not to small. Folds down nicely out if the way. I have not noticed and signs of water intrusion and it is made of nice quality materials.

Not polarity sensitive, so install is easy. Seems like a decent value and mounting was easy. Material and overall appearance are good. The visibility should be good for others, and I hope it’s water resistant. Finally installed it tonight with a bunch of other things I got for my boat.

I never leave reviews but this nav light is really well built. dome fits into a locking seat with an o-ring. Could be made so the dome turns further. I used tape to ensure its stays tight and waterproof there. used tape at 2 rivet connection points so post is water tight and solid. The post locks into place very well. Not sure what others complaints were based on but this is not going to slip. Yes the wires come out the bottom, not the sides, but in doing so you should (i did) put a small amount of silicone in there. Lastly the wires. Oh the junk international manufactures use...maybe 24 gauge. The wires here are sufficient, I think 18 gauge. Cant comment on replaceability of led COB light.or who well the wire ends are soldered at socket. At $10 for entire light, I should just buy another

I had re-done at Pontoon Boat and bought a stern light at Walmart. Within a year the dome cover cracked and the centigrade is from the sun. I install this seems a little brighter and it seems like the heavier dumb cover will last a while. Time will tell How it handles the sun.

Dont get this. It worked on one of my night rides but started flickering on my second night ride and stayed off for a long time. Im getting power to the bulb but bulb is garbage. I believe they did a bad job soldering the bulb to the electrical board. The mount also does not lock into place.

The product itself works just like it’s supposed to. It is very bright and easy to install. However, I bought the first one installed it no problems and it worked perfectly as it should, but I accidentally broke the part where it adjusts up and down. The plastic is pretty brittle. The bulb is also brittle I guess being in the stowed position and all the bouncing down the road the bulb broke off of it inside. I plastic welded it back together and got me through the trip. I ordered a replacement, but the replacement has two mounting holes and is longer than the old one which is four mounting holes. I lost the second one when I moved so I didn’t get to return it. I retraced my steps, found the exact original that I ordered and ordered it again and they still sent me the wrong one. My only guess is they changed the mounting plate, but they didn’t change the description for the picture. The worst part about the whole thing is, I don’t want to have to drill an additional two holes for a total of six holes to mount one damn light. I can’t even use one of the existing holes because of the shape of the new mounting plate doesn’t fit where I need it to go.
