Good stuff, purest niacin on the market. Shame theres no powders.

Yes - you get a good flush with this product - but it all depends on what time of day/ before meal or empty stomach etc..... sometimes I get no flush effect but that is not the product -- just other variables. -- sometimes 5 minute belly ache just before the flush.

Surprised as 500mg knocked me off my feet so thought I’d start at a lower 50mg starting block, thinking I’d get some kind of flush but two days in, no flush. I’m not sure now if it’s working but will keep trying. Might have to look at a higher dose.

As always, there is a reason that I started taking B3. For years I have been suffering from fatigue, both mental and physical. Within the past few years I found that even the most mundane everyday tasks that people take for granted, were becoming a chore. On top of that, I recently developed a problem with my left arm. At first, the pain was that bad that if a doctor had said to me, please sign this consent form and we will amputate your arm, I would have signed it immediately. I just didn't want my arm anymore. Although the pain disappeared after a few weeks, it left me with a limp wrist and little movement in the fingers of my left hand. Eventually (after a lot of complaining) the doctors have finally started investigating it. In the meantime I have to wait for the results of a barrage of tests that I am about to undergo this month as of June 2025. But as I sit here and write this review, I have noticed that over the last two days some of the pain is starting to return. So much so, that I took pain killers last night before bed. It's certainly not as bad, but it's there, waiting and threatening. It was by chance that I stumbled upon a video from a famous internet Doctor about using B3 for tiredness and fatigue which is what caused my to go out and look for these tablets in the first place and it was surely divine providence that caused me to stumble upon a second video of his, where I realised that I identified with most of the symptoms of B3 deficiency. His solution however was to take far more than the RDA for those who are deficient, 5g. So obviously, I am not going to take that amount in one hit. His suggestion was to build up slowly. I started off with three 50 mg tablets and never got a flush. The next day four and I got a little flush, of sorts and today I took 5, that's 250 mg in total. Although I had never gotten a hot flush with the lower doses, I still felt that I had much better energy levels afterwards and that somehow I was moving in the right direction towards normality again, both mentally and physically. This morning, I took 5, which is just one more than I took yesterday. I was feeling a little groggy and there was still the pain in my arm that really bothered me. After taking the tablets and enjoying a relentless energy drink whilst sitting in front of the PC, I felt the hot flush starting to build. It was very intense but oh so wonderful words cannot do it justice. It started from my head and moved ever so slowly down my body. It was almost an orgasmic experience. And the pain? It literally melted away. I was so mentally alert that I cannot even begin to describe. The only negative thing was the itching but that didn't matter to me, not least because I knew it was part of the intense flushing process. I can't convey to the reader just how wonderful I felt as the heat moved through my body and my mental alertness went through the roof. A few hours later the pain slowly returned but it was very much less than it was and has continued that way throughout the rest of the day. I'm so glad I started taking these tablets and feel that I am on the right track to normality again.

I have only taken this Niacin a few times, the first couple of times i took this it didn't work, no flush effect. Then I took it after a prolonged fast, and I got the flush, I felt a gentle tingle on my face, then the heat kicked in, my face was red. The flush then expanded and my skin felt itchy. Review Update: This is a fantastic product, Flush Niacin has so many health benefits, and the flush effect is strong and reliable.

These capsules are relatively small, making them very easy to swallow for those that struggle with bigger capsules/tablets. The packaging is decent, with a convenient pop-top lid. I can vouch that the ingredients are of good quality, as they made me flush on a low dose. Plenty in the pot too, making them good value for money. Would recommend if you are looking for simple flush niacin.

Did I say that loud enough! Also I'm not really sure these should be legal?!. Anyhoo I had a bad frontal lobe peri headache, took one with food, all was well, no flush. Next day, a bit mindlessly took one before food, food was a bit late, and then BAM holy Mary mother of jesus, I am vasodilating like a beetroot on acid. I reckon you might have seen from outer space. I was to scared to look in the mirror , cause I could feel my face expanding ffs.I also did a very big dump .It was actually a bit concerning, and as I was in full flush and googling how long flush would last, came across other great info about tounge and throat swelling. So I would say, do not take these lightly friends.
