Gilchrist & Soames Conditioner (Zero% Collection Conditioner, 15.5oz)

Love this product! As with the majority of reviews, I first used this in a hotel that I stayed at on vacation. I love the feel of my hair and the smell is amazing! My hair feels softer and lighter and it's great knowing I don't have all those horrible chemicals in my hair. I was a little skeptical to purchase this product because some of the reviews suggest it's not the same product in the bottle as it is at the hotel. I believe that it is the same product. Although it might be a little thinner. I feel like I'm using more pumps than I did in the hotel. Not entirely sure. But I do love it and I plan to continue buying it! They actually sell it in a gallon size and that will be my next purchase.

I find out about this product when it was the shampoo/conditioner that was used at the Hampton Inn hotels. I was amazed at how nice my hair was after using it and so I've ordered it from Amazon upon return home. My hair was soft and very manageable with more body than I get with my usual conditioner. Very pleased with this product.

As others stated, I wish I would have looked at the size before purchasing. Very small amount for the price. However, I did originally buy it after using it at a hotel, and I still liked the way it made my hair feel. I would be a repeat buyer if the price lowered!

l came across this at home wood suite hotel in Washington during family vacation. Ever since then l have been buying it. lightly scented with quality package. Keep skin soft but don't recommend for very cold dryness.

Went to spend a day at hotel with friends visiting from out of state. Showered after a day off swimming and catching up. This was in the hotel bathroom and it left my hair so soft light and flowy. I needed to get my hands on this for everyday use. So I called hotel and made sure this was the brand they use. Upon ordering it arriving and me using it, this is not the same product they send to their hotels. The same name same brand but not the same effects. Left my hair clean but not light soft and flowy. Tried a few times and the same disappointment. For the price it isn't worth it. My hair does fine with store bought shampoo and conditioner that costs way way less.. never again. I will however use if I'm ever at that chain of hotels again to see if the formula is the same as the one I fell in love with. I am a African American female and it worked on all of our hair that day but the one ordered is not so great at all. Even the scent is different.

I tried this brand at a Hilton and really liked it as it a very mild natural scent and worked well. That was clearly not this product. I assumed zero would be fragrance free, but it's not. It has a very strong sweet perfume smell to it. Unfortunately, due to the way that conditioner works, your hair absorbs the oils and this stench stays with you. Most conditioners have this issue. I don't know why quality fragrance free or mild fragrance conditioners are so difficult to come by. I'm going to keep looking for the version of this company's conditioner that was at the Hilton, but I'm going to do more research before blowing another $30 on this stuff. For now the only other I've found is by Jason.

I like this shampoo and conditioner, but for the cost it is quite small, and they need better packaging for shipment. I received mine today, and the pump was broken on the conditioner.
