Perfect firmness and like that it is designed at an angle like a dental instrument.
Finally found a great toothbrush. with all the weird designs out there now, i wanted something simple and didnt want all the different size bristles on one toothbrush. wanted them the same length. Although this has bi-level bristles i have found it to work great in my small mouth. It is perfect level of firmness. I'd prefer a slightly smaller brush head (and actually looked to see if they had a kids version but unable to find one) it still works great and i am happy i got it. My long search for the perfect toothbrush is over. I am very happy w/ this one. and actually if you look real close at the color of the toothbrush it has sparkles (which i just noticed after using it for several weeks and liked)

Pretty Firm for Medium
I normally use Medium bristles (yes mom I know; "soft" is better for my gums") but these guys, whoah nelly, they're pretty hard on the firm side of medium.If you don't mind a firm bristles these will be great, if you have issues with bristles that get in there and break apart any plaque that might be starting, these are for you.

These are great toothbrushes I've used for many years
I've used these reach toothbrushes for many years but I'm finding it difficult to get them in the local store anymore so I'm very thankful Amazon carries these for a very reasonable price I don't mind buying them in multipacks because it makes me change them out a little more often when you should I'm so used to using these over the years I don't like any others and I'm grateful Amazon carries them
