Finally!!!! A quality pair of kitchen shears that will cut through poultry bones with ease!!!! I’ve always struggled to spatchcock my turkey and whole chickens because I could never find a pair of kitchen shears that could easily cut through the back bone. Until these! They are strong, sharp. And sturdy. I just hand wash with soap and water, hand dry thoroughly and put them away. No rust. No stiffness or resistance. Fit nicely in my hand and are comfortable to hold. Easy to clean and easy to use.

These shears are high Quality and made prep work so much easier. They helped with my spatchcock chicken perfectly, cutting through bone without any struggle. The Design feels great in the hand and offers plenty of leverage. If you do a lot of poultry prep, these are a must-have.

These poultry shears are solid and feel very durable. The blades are thick, sharp, and cut through chicken and tougher items with ease. The spring-loaded handle makes them easy to use without hand fatigue.  Downside: they’re a bit bulky and can feel stiff at first, especially if you’re used to lighter scissors. Bottom line: Great heavy-duty kitchen shears—perfect for meat prep, just not the most lightweight option.

I purchased these to replace a ~ 40 year-old pair of Italian-made solid stainless steel poultry shears. While my old shears were good they had been going into decline; mainly at the pivot. They required constant tightening to get a decent cut. And there was the extra effort of sharpening - not terrible but somewhat time-consuming. I looked for a replacement pair - all stainless - but the cost was excessive to replace what I had. I decided to give these a try and have been pleasantly surprised by their performance. Blade is stainless and easy to clean - and very sharp. Ergonomic and suitable for cutting chicken, duck, and turkey. Given the price and performance - a great value.

It is a good quality very useful for cutting meats and vegetables, does not cut through bones, I would recommend it to anyone

Works well to spatchcock a turkey

Everyone needs these in their kitchen! I have tried to spatchcock chickens and turkeys and it is a workout! And forget about all the tips and tricks in the videos and articles... Even sharp knives and regular kitchen shears don't help. Enter these sheers. It took me less than a minute to spatchcock a chicken with these! They are super strong, sharp, and have a really good grip. I like that there's a latch on the side to hold the sheers together so when using them or storing them there's no accidental cutting from sharp edges. They are super easy to clean and I haven't seen any rust yet. Overall, I definitely recommend getting a pair of these for every kitchen!

These are the best poultry shears I've had. They lock nicely. The grip feels good. They're easy to clean. They cut real good through chicken and turkey.

包丁だと脂身の部分を切るのに手間がかかって仕方ないので本製品を買いました。使ってみてですがとてもよく切れます。感心しました。ただし、一つだけうーんと思ったのは、外国の人が使う製品だけに持ち手の部分がでっかい。日本人向けにもうちょっと小さかったら助かるのですが。でも、買ってから大活躍してくれてますので、星５つをつけました。

I had purchased the gerior Heavy Duty Poultry Shears, and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Despite spending around 3000 rs, the shears are not sharp at all, making them impractical for their intended purpose. In fact, I find their performance to be below what one might expect even from a 300 rs tool. The lack of sharpness significantly hinders their effectiveness in cutting poultry, which is their primary function. This flaw renders the shears less valuable than expected, especially considering the investment made. I would caution others considering this product to explore alternative options that offer better sharpness and overall functionality..
