This device straps on to your desk chair arm rest with a set of included Velcro straps. You can also use the included attachment to connect it to your desk if you prefer. I have used mine on the arm rest. It was a little tricky to get it to sit just right but once it is set it stays put just fine. This has made a world of difference for my wrist fatigue and pain. I use it with a vertical mouse and I can work all day without issue. I was having a lot of pain before using it. It has been a game changer for me.

With hours on the computer and hand fatigue I needed something like this. There's enough space for the mouse to maneuver and for the arm. The cushion support is crazy comfortable. It's easy to install and remove, not that sturdy if you are a rough person, but over all I enjoyed it.

This is a very simple device, just to support your elbow and wrist instead of hanging in the air. It actually replaces your mouse pad and desk as it has a built in mouse tray. Its essentially 3 pieces, very simple to install. You put the clamp on the desk edge and tighten it. Then you slip the armrest tray onto the clamp and turn it to lock it into place. It doesn't really lock though; it willl rotate with your arm, which i'm not sure i like. With my full elbow wait on in, the tray flexes, and the mouse tray lifts off the desk about 1/4 inch; so it doesn't feel sturdy. The mouse tray surface is smooth fabric and works, but its small, and with my large mouse i'm often bumping into the trim of the tray. So your mouse movement becomes much more limited than you might be used to, but its usable. I bought one for my mother as well, but because her desk was glossy and had a round edge, the clamp kept falling off so she couldn't use it. Overall, it's not bad, and i'm still using it because it's definitely better than NOT supporting my arm. But it's a too pricey for the quality you get, and your desk may not be compatible. If this was $15 that would go a long way to make it a more satisfying purchase.

It doesn't fit on all arm chairs, but for the most part the velcro is long enought to go around my office chair arm to keep it sturdy. My arm fits comfortably on it and I can use the mouse as well.

I got this initially to see if it’ll help with my arm pain, I WFH and my desk is compact. I no longer have the pain associated with my arm, elbow because of this device. It works as an extension of the desk or the arm of a chair. Mouse pad works great, device is long and padded. Great support

These have been around a long time. It is surprising that it is not more popular than what it is. So far this one is well constructed and fits nicely. The comfort is even better than the armrest alone and it gives a nice resting space for the mouse or a wireless numpad. At first I was skeptical about the wrist support but it turns out to be a nice feature. Wish I had bought it years ago.

This does the trick. My elbow has been aching horribly. I sit at my desk 8 to 10 hours a day using my mouse continually. Over the last couple weeks my elbow has been hurting badly. I realized it was because I didn’t have anything to rest my elbow on. I orders this product. It came within 2 days. So simple to install. It has helped almost immediately. It also swivels to move out of the way when I roll my chair under my desk at the end of the day

I love mine now, but hated it until I got a desk chair that has arms that have the length to accommodate the screw grip underneath. If you have a chair with the attached, rounded arms it won't work and you'll be putting yourself through unnecessary trouble. But if you have the right chair...it is sublime, sturdy and you won't know how you got through life without it.
