what does the description mean when it says: "The saw is works for acrylic tube,please not the acrylic tube can't be cut. " ???

acrylic tube must be sawed not cut with the cutting tool the white hand tool now petg tubing can be cut with the white cutter hope this helps

What size are the bending rubbers?

The runners are just under 10mm to ensure they can fit inside the tubing and I would say they are pretty long. I had 3 foot tubes and they just poked out of them on both sides.

Can I use this for 1/4" tubing?

No, the bending kit will only work with exact size. Smaller or larger tubing will pinch or marks will show when heated tube is pressed into angle molds. Also the pipe cutter is usless. Buy the exact size or your tubes will never bend properly. Make sure you use lube for the inner bending rubber, soapy water works fine, lastly buy a good heat gun, shitty guns will cause uneven heating and will result in blistering during the heating process.
