I'd imagine so as it is all plant based and could likely be thrown away with other food waste.

Does This Gum Help To Whiten The Teeth?!

I doubt it. To whiten teeth, you need to use proper tooth whitening as only a strong concentration of whitening substance several times over several hours works. I used teeth whitening peroxide every night for a few months and that worked, but that is the kind of thing you need to whiten teeth. Also recently this chewing gum has started to dissolve shortly after putting it in mouth so it isn't even always chewy or last long. It sometimes quickly disintegrates.
