Will work for a drum kit?

I suppose it depends upon what color your drum is. Some drums are black, some are white, some are another color. But the key thing is, what the heck are you talking about?

Is this product ok for my black 2012 Camry

I would ask Toyota dealer is the "Black" color the same on 2012 Camry and 2012 Rav4. Because this touch up paint on 2012 Rav4 match perfectly.

Can this touch-up paint be used on bare metal after rust removal (with alcohol) without primer ?

That's how I've done it before especially for small scratches. For larger ones, you can do it that way too but you might have to re-touch it every couple of years. If you have rust on it and after prepping it, you might want to use a rust inhibitor primer so the rust won't come back.Good Luck!
