I have purchased several of these for our catering business. I work in an office without AC. I Don’t mind so much but my poor pup. I took one out and put it underneath a couple layers of her blanket. She immediately took to it and is no longer panting uncontrollably. These are not intended to be used this way and I am exercising extreme caution to make sure she doesn’t start to chew. If you can keep an eye on or trust your pet, this is a brilliant use of this product.

Easy to use and kept food cold for over 4 hours. Plenty of space to cover various smaller / medium dishes. It does take up a chunk of space in the freezer but does not have to be stored there. Love that it came with extra ice sheets in case you need to swap out.

I've been looking for a way to keep things cool on a buffet table -- I have great hot pads & hot plates, but lacked a similarly satisfactory temperature-control thing for cold stuff. Trays of ice melted too fast into water (making food wet!) I'd tried putting food trays on top of reusable ice packs, but they'd often have frozen un-level, and still made puddles of condensate as they warmed up. But here, finally, the solution! This is perfect — It rolls/folds up to take less space in freezer, lays flat during use, any condensation stays in the bag. And it stays cool for several hours. So awesome I got two!
