I Bought A Second One
Works great. Battery lasts a long time. Plenty of options in the settings. I was satisfied with the first one, which I've been using for a few years, so I bought another as a backup.

Great flash for the price!
Great flash for the price. Used it for a wedding and never had a misfire. Really powerful and easy to use controls. The battery lasted through the 6+ hours I shot all indoors. Highly recommend!

Defective after a couple of months of use.
I used this flash for real estate photography and it worked great for about two months and then it’s quit flashing. I troubleshooted the device and then took to a repair company who then said it’s defective.

Great reasonably priced flash
I use this flash for my daily photography job. It works great. It’s strong and powerful. The batter on these last a really long time and it’s so great that it’s also recharagable.

No more AA batteries to charge before every wedding!!!!
I LOVE not having to charge AA batteries anymore!!!! I have 5 Canon 600ex-rt flashes sitting around now. These are a little more powerful than the 600's. But, the main thing to love about them is no more stinking AA's and external packs. For off camera use, I used to use 12 AA batteries. 4 in the flash and 8 in the external pack. I have over 65 Eneloops! I started using these 860s and the AD-200 flashes about 5 months ago. I love em. Very versatile system.

I thought the battery was terrible until I did this
First thing you need to do is charge up the battery, then go use it to drain it down and charge it up again. I thought the battery was terrible until I did this. Now it lasts a good days shooting. I'm so happy I don't need to carry around a brick of AA batteries anymore. ETTL function works well. As does the HSS flash sync.

overly complicated but they get the job done
over priced but its pretty reliable, I've used it as a wedding photographer. Tip if your looking to use one of these as a commander on canon you have to be on channel 12 to unlock the full control

Incredible Speedlight!
Bought these to replace a cheaper brand. They just work! HSS automatically kicks in and it drops back into standard curtain sync when the shutter speed drops to the relevant value. They have a built in X1 transceiver and receiver so work fantastically with other godox products. They feel well built and charge quickly. A fantastic investment.

Bought this for my Canon 5d Mark IV & perfectly happy,hits the spot every time with exposures and the battery keeps up with continuous buffer filling 3 frames a second flashes.Well made too as I have already dropped onto concrete twice and theres not a mark on it.Well done Godox!
