Delicious
Great brand, I’ve bought from them a few times and different chili products and have no complaints as of yet. Very fresh & fragrant product, best value I’ve come across, including comparison with local Hispanic grocery stores. The taste is Smokey & delicious, not too spicy but a great addition to your favorite recipes & salsas. Highly recommend these products!

Chile pasilla excellent flavor & quality
Excellent flavor & quality. Each pound of dried pods makes 4-5 gallons of red chile sauce. That is enough to last about 6-months for our family. It is used in making tamales, red chile enchilada sauce, and chile colorado. It is best to remove stems and seeds before processing it into red chile sauce. The sauce can be frozen in quart bags and thawed out as needed to make delicious meals. Chile pasilla is one of the trinity of Mexican chiles used in making chile sauce. The best cooks make their own red chile sauce.

Best pasilla pods ever
Best pasilla pods I've ever found. I wasn't expecting much but couldn't find them anywhere else. They were freshly dried, they did not sit around for years before being sent. I will definitely be buying these ones from now on.

AWESOME! Good size peppers, so far appear to be well dried, so far have great flavor. If they keep and don't mold from storing for a few months as I use them I will definitely be being more from these guys again!
